Sundays at HPBC - 10am. Our services last approximately an hour and a half.
At Hampton Park Baptist Church, we invite people to come to our Sunday services just as they are.
Everyone is welcome, our style is informal, and dress is casual. A normal service might begin with a couple of songs from the band, a welcome and church news, time to connect with God (or just relax and reflect) through musical worship then a message - designed to help apply the Bible to real life. Finally, the opportunity to receive prayer if you desire, a cuppa and new faces to meet in the foyer, questions answered at the info desk...or just a quick exit!
If you have kids, stop by the Children's Information Desk in the foyer to find out more about our children's programs. All our adult volunteers have undergone Police Checks/ Working With Children Checks and our programs conform to the highest standards of safety and care.
Inside Out, a structured program for grades 1-6, runs from 10am on Sundays with lights, video, drama, puppets, games and their own band.
Little Takkers provides a structured program upstairs for children aged 1 to 2 years. The children leave part way through the service - usually when the sermon starts.
A cry room is available in the back of the auditorium for parents who want to see and hear the service while staying with an infant or young child and a change table is available in the disabled toilet.
If you have any questions while you're visiting, there is always someone available at the information counter...and there are plenty of other friendly faces who may be able to help! |
